Hello my name is Michael Robinson.
Back in 1973 I was 8 years old and was a student at PS 18. While there I had a teacher by the name of Frances Amalfi who is the reason for this comment. Frances was the last teacher I had that was able to teach me to learn. I wound up never ending my education at the 8th grade level due to my inability to grasp what was being taught at the same pace as others my age to say I was a slow learner would be accurate. So because of that everything I have learned from Frances Back in 1973 were the tools that got me throught life. She made me feel special and she would celibate every victory as I would see what she was teaching because she took the time. I head of her passing after I decided to try to find her and perhaps let her know that I was OK and I wanted to thank her for all that she put into making it possible I would be.fine it just had to be at my pace.
